My preemie daughter has been on Similac Neosure. She does still have reflux and when we put her down after a feeding (we hold her up for about 1-2hrs and burp her) the formula comes right back up and out of her nose too. So her pediatrician suggested we try Enfamil Gentleese. So far (1week) she’s been spitting up WAY more then she did on Neosure. We burp her and she spits up so much. Sometimes as small as a tbsp amount and sometimes as much as 0.5ml. And then once we put her down she’ll spit up maybe about 0.5ml-1oz each feeding! It’s so frustrating. Idk if she should stay on Neosure or try Similac Spit up. It says it’s for babies with reflux. She’s currently on Zantac twice a day.
