So recently my mom lost her 2 jobs and people in my family were trying to make it seem like I should just let her move in with us but I don’t agree with that. I feel like she’s still young and healthy enough to live alone. We live out of state and we have a small daughter and while her help would be appreciated we don’t want the burden of taking care of another adult and with all her expenses daycare would be cheaper for our child. Are my husband and I wrong for telling her no she can’t live with us?
