Every time I have a shower I get this (I didn’t use any products, just water)

I get that if the waters way too hot on my skin

That can happen if the water is warm, it is just the blood going to the surface of your skin. It happens, and unless there is pain in the area it is okay.

Might be the pressure of the water or temperature of the water if no profucts were used
