I need to vent...💔

Ok ladies so I’m late on my period almost 2 weeks so I took a pregnancy test a couple days ago and I was sure my baby was gonna be like 5-6 weeks and I just came to my doctors appointment and he said he only saw a thickened endometrium no actual baby yet😭😭😭😭 I’ve had an ectopic before so he is having me come back next week to check me again to God willing see a sac in the correct spot. I just feel so anxious, sad, confused, nervous 😭😭😭 my emotions are all over the place I want to bust out crying but I’m trying to keep it together even though inside I’m crumbling to pieces inside. Please pray for me and my baby 😭😭😭😭
