What's everyone doing to aid conception?

Hi guys, approaching the 9th month of trying for baby 2. I'm 34 and trying not to get too worried about it. What's everyone doing to help conception? Or what helped you conceive?

Cut out coffee which reduces chances by 50%, drank nettle tea, switched to organic where possible and cut out soya. Currently 12 weeks after 5 years of trying. I’m not saying the above was the reason but just sharing

Same here but on 10th month. Have had perfect timing every. Single. Month. 
I’ve added to prenatals COq10, Vit D, B12, Omega 3. Have started using preseed as well. Figure this cycle is when the added vitamins should kick in. So we will see...

Hey Rachel!
Also into our ninth month of trying for our 2nd baby. We’ve got a 2.5 year old girl and she’s desperate for a sibling.. no pressure or anything eh! 
We are trying pregnacare conception for couples tablets. This is only our first month of taking them so time shall tell but I’m feeling hopeful. Had awful indigestion for 3 days now and some cramping.
We’ve not been bd’ing a huge amount because I think the ttc pressure gets to my OH but we’ve tried our best. 
Are you doing anything different this month?

37 and tested AHM, result 5.03 which can indicate PCOS. Pregnant first cycle of trying, so thought everything was ok. Miscarried with a blighted ovum at 6 weeks. Was anovulatory after that, so went for a trigger shot. Positive again, but cautious because I'm only a little over 4 weeks, and honestly don't trust it.
Laying down with slightly elevated hips to give the sperm time definitely seems to have an impact, in my opinion.
