Did I over do it?

Question

I worked with my husband about an hour and a half today outside in the heat detailing my car. No heavy lifting or anything and I made sure to take breaks and drink water. It was hot but I never felt OVERLY hot if that makes sense and I tried to stay out of the direct sun...But now that I’m inside I’m worried I over did it, I feel fine, just paranoid. 6 weeks + 1 day.

Your fine! You can do all the things you were doing before you were pregnant ovbiously with some exceptions. Just be mindful of your water and food intake. I have a toddler and I’m on my feet busy 24/7 and outside a ton doing activities. I just make sure I always have a drink with me and I eat. Unless you have a medical condition restricting you, ur fine!

You’re fine.  Did you drink enough water? Dehydration is the only thing that could be a problem really.  I’m 33 weeks and did 2 hours of gardening out in the sun today.  I think I overdid it bc my hips are killing me, but I’m sure the baby is fine.

You should be fine! I went on a 9 mile hike this week (21 weeks) - we had 3 more days of hiking planned but I was so panicked that it had been too much for the baby so I rushed into the doctor. He told me it was totally okay for me to go back out if I wanted to. I would keep hydrated and keep your feet up for a little bit if you’re really worried
