So my friend Chelsea and I are talking about two different baby showers we went to today. The one I went to was for our friend Mary. Mary’s husband is Hispanic. The Hispanic weddings and baby showers I have been to are much more Elaborate than the others and are usually traditional. It was beautiful and we put together. We were talking about who was there and who wasn’t. But anyway She said she doesn’t like the fact that our friend had her husband, other male friends and family at the baby shower which is unusual for a Hispanic family where I live.She thinks it’s just for the mom. Which is ok but I know where she is coming from because she is more old fashion. But is it so wrong that the dad wants to be apart of everything dealing with his baby. That we would want Someone who is willing to step up and support us threw everything that happens good or bad. I don’t see what the big deal is. Guys should be able to celebrate the new life coming into this world.
