How to overcome panic attack fears
Is there a way any of you have overcome the fear of your panic attacks? The way I get mine are that my throat muscles feel like they’re closing up & it makes me start gagging. I haven’t really heard of people struggling like that but it makes me wonder if any of you have any tips that work for your case? I have such a big fear of them that the thought of having one infront of someone close to me or in public makes is what starts my anxiety. Like what if it makes me puke...
