Bleeding 10 days after menstrual cycle

I just got off my menstrual cycle 10 days ago and now I'm bleeding again. It is not in my urine stream only just when I wipe. This has never happened to me before so I'm a little freaked out. I haven't been on birth control for 10 years and I am 28 yrs old. I have had one pregnancy almost 4 years ago which I miscarried at 6 weeks. My fiance and I have been trying to conceive but I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. I'm not cramping like a regular period and my breasts are not sore and they usually are extremely sore when starting my cycle. Has anyone else been thru this???
