Cold remedies??

Question

Does anyone have any remedies for a cold? Based on what I’ve read, there aren’t many meds that are approved for 12 weeks.

Kyolic garlic pills
Emergency-C (3 per day)
And elderberry syrup
My midwife suggested this last pregnancy and it seriously saves lives 🙌🏻

Try to relax and drink ginger tea with lemon (not strong just light ginger tea)
Orange juice can be helpful also 
It will take few days whatever u do..don't worry

I just got over a cold I’m 12w2d and I got through it with multiple hot showers a day to let the steam open things up. Also ran a humidifier in our room.
