The last time when I saw a doctor it was last week on Wednesday, June 5 and I was already 2 cm

Yesterday have big diarrhoea with cramps and this is what I see it I’ve been having contractions but doesn’t stay for long time my body feels like I am ready to this baby

Can someone tell me about this
