Normal if you're busy doing stuff. Lay on your side for 15 minutes and try again, it should go down, If not let your dr know. I had preeclampsia twice so I'm very familiar with blood pressure and what they're looking for.

It’s elevated. Good blood pressure is 120/80 for a adult but if you had just be active walking at work etc then no. Take a minute to sit down and rest retest make sure your feet are flat on the ground and uncrossed.
