BH and stress

So I’m 16 weeks tomorrow and the last couple of days IV had an uncomfortable feeling in my uterus. Almost like Braxton Hicks, but I’ve never had them this early in a pregnancy before. I’m wondering if it could be stress related as my bestie just got put on hospice and will be leaving me soon. Has anyone had them this early or more when under stress or very emotional? I’m def staying hydrated.
