Help please.. Ultrasound??

So on the 27th May I had an ultrasound to confirm baby is in my UTERUS as I've got a history of multiple losses including 2 ectopics.

On the 27th, it was confirmed and dated 4w6ds... gestional sac visible.

Today (10th June) I had a dating ultrasound and baby has grown and yolk sac present but only measuring 5w6d.. ultrasound tech didn't seemed worried which I'm hoping is a good sign. I definitely still feel pregnant, bloated, heart Burn, cravings etc..

Has anyone else experienced this and gone on to have a healthy baby ♡
