Finally!!!
Back in the gym today!! I started back months ago then my fiance got sick and now we're having to share a vehicle but still I stopped making excuses and just got up and did it!!! Thankfully even though my eating has been complete shit I haven't gained any weight, I just feel like crap. Also cleaning up mine and his diet, weight grocery shopping yesterday. Focusing on lowering carbs and just eating real food.
