Low Carb Diet

Hi guys!! So, I’m not sure exactly how healthy a low carb diet is long term and I’m not trying to do it forever! I do very well cutting stuff out, but when it comes to balanced...for some reason, it’s just not my strong suit. So I have a goal of losing 85lbs. I’m at 256.6 right now and I’m 5’10”. Is it okay to do low carb until you get to what you want and THEN throw back in the healthy carbs as long as I keep exercising and stay consistent? I did it last low carb year and lost almost 50lbs and gained 20 back over the course of a year! Really, since i started dating my boyfriend 😂🙄🙄 I wish i had kept going but I didn’t so I’m starting back!! And i feel so good!! Has anyone done it until they get to their goal and then get back to really balancing their meals?? Any help, tips, recipes or anything would be so much appreciated!!
