Spotting Or Implantation Bleeding??

Hey all, On Sunday I had this spot of pink ish stuff on my underwear I’m 13 after DPO and I’m not sure if this is spotting or not, But it’s olny a small amount, I haven’t had anything else since, I’ve been having hot flushes and I had hard cramping the other day in my lower stomach, Could anyone please help and tell me if this is implantation Bleeding I’m meant to be due on my Period in 3 days x Fingers Crossed 🤞
