So I got my my tounge periced about a mo the or so ago and recently I've been drink lots of lemon water and strawberries . Basically I don't know if it's getting infected Wich I don't believe so  it if it's just irritated if so what should I do here's a picture as well

Doesn’t look infected.. 
But you’re more than likely irritating it with the lemon water. Lemons are super acidic and you’re practically putting that over an open wound lol. Just stop drinking infused water for a bit til it heals completely.

That barbell is entirely too short for one. It's really irritated. You need surgical steel jewelry and balls. The acrylic holds bacteria. But definitely get a longer barbell. If its leaving impressions in your tongue it's too small.

It doesn’t look any less than normal to me. Doesn’t look infected at all. I’d say the acidic lemons and stuff are just making it feel irritated for you but it looks fine

Toungue piercings can take 6+ months to fully heal. It probably hurts from the lemon water. Your pretty much putting lemon on an open wound

It's to much acid in the drink and the fruits you eat just take a break from cokes,lemon juice , fruits etc.
