Anyone else o without a temp rise
yesterday I got my positive opk. I always o the same day as my positive. Also I was very crampy all day, cm was a lot of ewcm and wet feeling all day, and cp was very high and very open. My temp yesterday was 97.45 but I did not sleep well. Today my temp was the same my cm is more white creamy with a little ewcm. And cp is not as open. Has anyone ever had o without the rise? Or do you think my temp could have been lower yesterday from not getting the full sleep?
