Pulsing back pain?

I’m getting lower back pain that’s throbbing/pulsating. It’s quite uncomfortable and I’m not sure if it’s normal? Has anyone else experienced this? I’ll be 22 weeks on Friday

I had a dull back ache that slowly went away but I saw my doctor and he immediately put my off work saying I was over doing it and risking early labor, now that I’m home resting I dont have it unless I start doing a lot, then it starts up again. Before pregnancy I never had back pains. This happened at 20 weeks, I’m at 22+3 now.
