Due next month

So me and my fiancé our expecting our first baby next month, he will be working but not right away, but when it comes time to working again is it only fair that he helps with diaper changes etc in the middle of the night as sometimes he works early mornings or should it be that I feed and change diapers etc... since I won’t be working for a bit . But at night he helps with everything . Just wanna know your opinions
