How the hell do you meet other gays

Ok so this may sound like a stupid question but I am relatively new to this and my family doesn’t know because of safety reasons

But how the freak do you meet other LGBTQ people, I had a friend who was bi and we met fell in love and dated for about 7 months, but then we broke up and it’s taken time to get over it but I am now and I want a girlfriend, I miss being in a relationship

Only 1 problem HOW DO YOU KNOW!?

Because obviously unless you specifically talk about it with someone you won’t know they are gay and it’s not like being straight where you can just meet someone on the subway and ask for their number, and I am still too young to go to a gay bar, which is the only way I can think of meeting someone else LGBTQ

So do you guys know any way to meet LGBTQ people?
