How to use evening primrose oil
Did you insert it vaginally? If so, did you wear a pad or use a tampon and do you feel it helped bring on labor? I’m currently full term and doing all of the natural stuff (walking, birthing ball, cleaning, squats) to get this baby movin’! 😃
