Postpartum recovery!!

Getting back to my pre baby body has been really difficult. Now like some people it was hard at all losing the weight but it was that I lost way too much and for some reason I didn’t want to eat or gain the weight back. 10 months later I’ve been eating regularly, exercising, and building up to my healthy weight! I was at 170lbs at the end of my pregnancy, by 3 months postpartum I went all the way down to 91 lbs, very unhealthy and couldn’t do much without hurting myself. I’m now at 109lbs and pushing to be at my pre baby weight of 120!
