Bleeding early preg. 5 weeks.

Is anyone/Has anyone gone through this and everythings been fine?

I've been bleeding red blood since yesterday morning. It's not stopped. It isn't soaking pads or through to clothes, infact it's the same as a period.

There's no cramps - just a tiny twinge here and there (every few hours maybe can hardly feel it)

I've been advised to monitor it until it stops (unless it gets worse and then it's a possible miscarriage) but there's little to no clots which makes the EPU believe it's not a loss... I'm a bit confused. Losing my head infact. I have to take a test in a week to see what it says... They won't scan me because she said I'm too early so only a sac would show? I've had TINY ant sized clots but not alot. I had another TINY clot a bit bigger. But still no pain or cramping at all.

Anyone at all? Even in a previous pregnancy? Shall I stay positive or is this me miscarrying?

Update

As I posted this (sods law) I passed a clot, then wiped another. 2 big blobs (dark red with black tinges)

Now I don't know what it looks like to miscarry - But I'm guessing this is what I didn't want to see come out of me...
