How are your sleeping !
I mean position of how do you sleep or rest in bed, I read your are supposed to sleep on the side, but I'm acostume to sleep on my belly but it's not very comfortable and I read(not very thoroughly) that it's not recommended to sleep on your back because ita not very good for blood irrigation, but what do you know? !!!
