For those on progesterone vaginal inserts
When you get off them, what is the plan ? Do you go cold turkey? Or it is gradual? Do they test afterwards to see the changes? I don't know yet what my doctor has planned but wanted to have an idea of other protocols. I am pretty scared to get off them. 🙈🙈🙈🙈 I think I have a love and hate relashionship w them. 😳😳😳
