Is there any chance?

I have PCOS so the predictions in the glow app are never ever accurate. About 6 days ago I had one wipe worth of super light pinkish colour (probably wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t go at that exact moment in time) and have not had a positive test yet. I am on cycle day 27 but predicted 5 days away from a period.

If the pink was implantation bleeding (and I have no idea if it was or wasn’t) would I have already been getting a positive test?

Feeling very defeated.
