Sorry if this seems silly but I’ve just accidentally took a pro plus tablet instead of antibiotics is it ok to does anyone know?

I’m not wrorried about coffe I drink it all day long I’m in second trimester and think that’s just something else to scare you. However I have cut down on energy drinks and know that pro plus is a very high dose of caffeine. The baby was kicking away all day yesterday and is sleeping today lol.

How many mg of caffeine is there in a tablet? It’s recommended that you don’t exceed 60mg a day...
