A question and a small rant...
Question first:
What kinda of folds do you all use for your cups?
Mine doesn’t pop open ever so o have to manually open it. I have a saalt cup so it’s pretty firm.
Would having stronger pelvic muscles affect that?
I do ride horses as a main form of exercise and I know that that definitely uses those muscles.
Any other equestrian cup users out there?
Also how do you swim in the ocean without sharks getting you while on your period?
I don’t want that smell attracting them 🤨
And now a small rant:
I am in Puerto Rico enjoying the beach but currently doing community service with horses. And I just got my bloody* period! This is not ok because I am working with sensitive horses who can sense everything I don’t want to scare them cause I smell like blood/ and or different.

Edit: I do realize that sharks won’t eat me when I’m on my period but it did cross my mind. I was wondering about the horses because I have had horses sniff my crotch when I’m on my period. Thank you all
