Fertility blood work

Back story we did 3 rounds TI with RE and then 4th round 1st iui worked but resulted in Mc in Jan. Did 2 more iui’s and negative. Had my bloodwork done again and it was good. So everything is okay on both of our ends. I think it’s timing as my husband is only home 2 weeks a month because of his job. I got my first real period Friday which was a 38 cd and I ovulated from opks on cd 23. If my ovaries are okay does that mean I have a high chance of ovulating on my own or can I still not ovulate?
