Spotting when dehydrated?
Does anyone else have light brown mucus discharge when they don’t drink enough water? I’ve noticed it happens when I’m not drinking enough and then I chug water and it goes away... I guess it’s my body letting me know I’m thirsty? Anyone else?
7 weeks 2 days and very nervous about everything
