So sick and full of air! Help!
This cannot be normal! I am sick 24 hr a day and feel like my stomach is full of air! I force myself to burp and it hurts! Exercising hurts, eating hurts, not eating hurts! I feel like I’ve tried everything and don’t know what to do;( how do I get rid of this air inside me?
I eat every 2 hours and it has to be carbs otherwise I can’t put it down and my stomach hurts even more, needless to say I’ve gained so much weight (approx 8-10lbs) and I’m only 8 weeks in! I stayed away from carbs before because my body is prone to weight gain...please any advice would help! Thank you
