Plastic surgery?

I love how you're not trapped to look the same. If you don't like something, change it. What would to get if you could, or what are you planning to get? I want implants. Just kinda scared of the pain. I'm already a C cup, but bc of my booty and hips I want 36DD. What are yall thoughts? Were you happy with results?
