Is your mom smothering you?

My mom is seriously smothering me about my baby. I know it's my first and her first grandchild so she's excited but I seriously want to drop kick her sometimes lol. I respect her and I know she wants to help but I never get a break from this women. Am I the only one who feels this way?!

You should be happy your moms around and involved. Mine passed last year and I'm pregnant now. Wish she was here every day.....

My mom isn't this way but my MIL is. She's absolutely ridiculous. Insists on knowing every decision my husband and I are making about the baby and if she doesn't like it, makes faces at it. She freaked out when she learned that she couldn't be in the delivery room. It's ridiculous.

My mums the best. It's her first grandchild so obviously she's excited but she's never over bearing. She only talks about it when I bring it up, she helps with with my worries and has been a god send since I've been pregnant helping me with my cleaning and decorating my house while my husbands at work 👍🏼😇
