Is this Braxton Hicks?

Because I don’t think this is an emergency but my midwife office doesn’t open for another couple hours and I need some peace of mind. Last night at dinner, I felt my belly suddenly seize up like lightning and then it was hard but not painful for a while, at least 30 minutes (but then I went to bed). It doesn’t hurt this morning at all, and I can feel baby moving a little after I laid back down after peeing. Was it a Braxton Hicks? Or should I be worried? Lol I don’t think I should be worried but I just can’t stop thinking about it, FTM here obviously!
