4dpiui and aching back...anyone else feel this way?

I did letrozole and OVIDREL this month and had my IUI last Thursday. I have noticed yesterday and today I have had an aching back. I feel like it is too soon to have PMS symptoms. Anyone else have or experience this. This TWW is rough
