Tmi photo. 39 weeks 2 day should i go to hospital

Yesterday my husband and i had sex because our doctor recommended it. After sex i noticed some blood on the sheets. Brownish but light reddish. It wasnt alot but it was something to notice. I called the labor line and they told me that happens but if the blood is flowing to come in. Now this morning ive been having period like pain about every 7 mintues for 1 mintute. I go pee and go to wipe and notice on the tissue that theres some mucus but this time the mucus is maybe pinkish. What should i do.???. Ima FTM and have no clue. Please help
