Where I live breast pumps are NOT cheap (EASILY US$600++, so I’ll probably order it from abroad which would then +shipping and handling +import taxes and most likely custom detention fees), so I’m hoping to get some REAL input before I buy one.

I’m considering getting a Medela one, but are they really as great as all of the blogs make them out to be?
