Feeling lost and hurt..
I had my first appt today. For a little background knowledge my lmp was 4/18 which would put me at 8w4d. I got my first positive on 5/13. When I got my ultrasound today it only showed a yolk sac, no fetal pole.. getting hcg check done today and Wednesday and follow up us next week. Anyone have a similar experience? Good or bad outcome, any information would be helpful at this point. Ive been an emotional mess since I left the office.
