Help with removal
I got the Saalt cup, and it’s kinda painful to remove since it’s pretty wide, and I basically have to fold it to take it out (I’ve tried it out before my period, and I’m about to use it for the first time for my period). How the heck do I get it out without the blood spilling everywhere? And do you have any tips on how to make it less painful?
