First cycle of Femara... no ovulation?
We’ve been trying for almost a year and found out earlier this year that I’m not ovulating. We’re doing our first round of letrozole (Femara) this month and feeling hopeful! However, my ovulation test strips are NOT giving me a positive (just varying shades of partially colored lines... never dark enough) and I’m nervous that I maybe did not ovulate again this month. Anyone else not ovulate their first cycle with meds?
