Coombs positive...

We had our little girl last Friday 6/14, and they told us shortly after birth that she's Coomb's positive (which I'd never heard of before). Anyone else on here have any experience with it and the treatment? How long did you end up having to stay in hosp? Were on day 4 of phototherapy and fluids, are trying a decrease today and rechecking labs this evening hoping to be able to go home. I'm grateful we started treating aggressively right from the start and dont need the transfusion but I'm dying to get my little one unhooked and held! I feel awful leaving her under the lights all day! This mommas getting anxious lol.
