Miscarriage clinical help

So I just recently had a miscarriage and it was my second. I do however have a 2 year old son so I know we can make babies. I just would like to know why I keep having miscarriages. I hate losing babies. I have absolutely no idea where or what I should ask for. I know it sounds so dumb that I wouldn’t know but I don’t. So please if you have any information on what to do, who to contact, where to go or anything please help me out. Thank you. I would greatly appreciate it.
