Induction question..

Hi ladies! I'm a FTM and I just schedule my induction for Friday at 7:30 am! I'm excited I finally get to meet my baby girl but I'm also super nervous. I just wanted to ask a few questions to those of you who have gone through induction. My Dr said I have a 50/50 chance of vaginal birth or c section due to my size. I'm quite small and short. Anyways I wanted to know do inductions always lead to c section or can you have a natural birth? Are inductions normally a super long process?
