If you're having faternal it can only tell you if there is no Y chromosomes present (ergo 2 girls) or if there IS y present (meaning at least 1 boy.) But if it's the second scenario they can't tell both genders until an anatomy scan at a later date.If you have identical twins you should be able to know for sure.
Blood test for gender identification
I'm taking the blood test to find out what the sex is of my identical twins. I've read this test doesn't work if you're having twins, is that true?
