Intense lower back pain

I’ll be 28 weeks Friday. I am having intense lower back pain radiating down to my legs. I have only had a few BH and they’re not regular. I’ve already been to L&D once this week and they gave me terbutaline to stop contractions. I was dilated 1/2cm.

Don’t want to make another trip if it’s normal.
