So I got my ears pierced almost a week ago.

They still hurt, they feel swollen, they itch, they feel hot.

Last time I had my ears pierced I was a tiny toddler. So I don’t remember the process. I had my ears gauged as a teenager and blew my ears out. So they eventually closed up. Years later I decided to pierce my ears. Both holes on the same day on both sides. I been cleaning them 2x a day and turning them 360 after cleaning.

So is this normal? I am currently 26 weeks pregnant, my doctor did okay me to pierce my ears.

I am worried they will get infected for some reason . So I’m worried that they possibly already are or if this is just the healing stage.
