Our next step in conceiving?!

My boyfriend & I have been trying to conceive for 10 months now with no success.

*My periods are regular every month & I’ve been on Metformin 1000mg twice a day for years.

*I had my testosterone & thyroid checked a few months ago. All normal levels.

*I recently had a HSG test done & my tubes are both open.

*My boyfriend just had a sperm analysis done & his levels were beyond great.

So my question is, now what? I go see my doctor Thursday but what else can he do for us? What could be our next steps? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
