How much do you make per hour? Do you still struggle??

Just curious to see what the majority of people say.

I don't struggle I make 8.75 hr and my husband makes 9.75 hr and he is really money smart. He made it to where we paid for our house in full in just under 2 years. But I do know a lot of people do struggle at our rate of pay.

I work only part time to get me out the house.. all my checks go straight into the savings..my husband makes 400 a day and works 6 days a week most of the time so we are not struggling in the least

Depends in what country one lives will depend on the money to living ratio :) 
Me and my hubby earn just over 20$au each p/h currently saving for a house 60k and both working and studying .. ohh and we are both on opposite shifts.. he is a baker and i a Childcare educator... 
We are happy , healthy and for the moment comfortable:)

Before I became a stay at home mom I made $18 an hour and my husband made $25 an hour. We didn't struggle at all because as soon as I got that job I paid off all of our debt. After that my paychecks were just extra money and I saved at least half of every paycheck. Now I stay at home and my husband is at $30 an hour and we do just fine. But we budget, shop at costco and winco to get the best deals on groceries, and I don't go shopping as much lol.

It depends on where you live I would think. Area cost of living standards being the main factor. Here in Md, I made 7.25/hr in the 1980's. As i was retiring, i was around 100.00/hr. (As a Police Commander, mind you.) I only get half my active salary for retirement. It's expensive to live here but most jobs do pay well.

Housing is 120k for row homes and 250-350k for single family. Rents are around 800-900 for one bedroom apartments. You might find something cheaper but you'll be afraid to go outside. 😆

$34 per hour, $51 per hour when I'm on call. I still struggle. I have a mortgage, loans, car payment. I am very bad at managing my money, I never have a plan when I go grocery shopping, I buy whatever I see. We eat out most of the time. Basically I'm not a smart shopper at all. My mom gets paid minimum wage and she is probably better off financially.

I have a full time career,  still struggle.  It's harder when you're not married with no roommates
